Who we are

The publication is attorneyatworkweekly, 162 Tufnell Pk Rd, London N7 0EE, United Kingdom. For privacy correspondence use support@attorneyatworkweekly.com or admin@attorneyatworkweekly.com. Telephone +44 20 7267 0163.

What we do not do

We do not run user accounts, a checkout, or a booking system. We do not sell personal information. The pages as published do not embed third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If you opt in to analytics or advertising storage, that choice is recorded locally and the corresponding Consent Mode signals are updated. Because no such script is included, the opt-in does not by itself send data to an analytics or advertising network. If a script is added later, it is intended to load only after the relevant storage is granted, and this policy will be updated.

How long correspondence is kept

We keep an email or a note of a call for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a fair record of what was said about the publication. You may ask us to delete a message you sent. We will do so unless we need to keep it, for example because a dispute about the message is still open.

Your position under UK law

If UK data protection law applies to a message you send us, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). This page does not claim a registration number. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and the notes are written for adult readers planning furniture.

Changes

If this policy changes, the update date at the top will change. Continued reading of the site after that date is subject to the revised text. The terms of use explain the wider conditions for using the pages.

What a visit does and does not collect

Reading a page does not require an account. There is no comment box and no newsletter signup. If you email us, we receive whatever you put in that email, including your address and any attachment. We use it to answer or to correct a page, and we do not add it to a marketing list. There is no marketing list.

The consent record, if you use the cookie banner, is stored in your browser as a first-party entry and a first-party cookie so the banner can stay dismissed. That record says whether you allowed optional storage. It does not include your name. Details are on the cookie page.

Server logs may exist at the host that delivers the files: typically an address, a time, and the page requested. We do not operate a separate analytics store unless you have opted in and a tag is actually present. At the time of writing, no analytics tag and no advertising tag is shipped with the pages. If that changes, this page and the cookie page will change with it.

You can ask what email correspondence we still hold about you by writing to admin@attorneyatworkweekly.com. We will respond to that request. We do not invent an ICO registration number on this page; if a registration is in place it will be stated here in words, not implied.
